If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and 30 days to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached and intact, and send back in its original packaging. Any order returned without jewelry box, cleanse cloth nor in its original packaging is subject to a $5-20 restocking fee

      

Exclusions:

Returns and exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the followings:

   

- Clearance items are final sale, and can not be exchanged or returned.

   

- Items marked down 30% or more are considered clearance. 

 

- Surprise Boxes, Magic Box ( 3 Ring Bundle) and ring sizers are final sale, and can not be exchanged or returned.

   

- Made-to-order items or jewelry altered to a customer request. 

 

- Items from Hidden Gem Collection are final sale, they can only be returned for store credit only.

 

- An exchanged item or an item purchased on store credit is not eligible for return/refund or exchange.

Azura Jewelry will not refund the original postage costs in any case including shipping delay that is beyond our control. The customer is responsible for ensuring that jewelry pieces are properly wrapped and are returned in good condition. Product damage during transit due to improper packaging voids the return and exchange.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:

Contact us and provide your order number.

        This can be done via email – info@azurajewelry.com

        Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of order delivered.

We will send you a link with a return label for all gold vermeil items. Please print the label and attach it to your package. Securely package your item. Drop it at any USPS store. A return shipping cost of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Any returns received outside the 14-day window will only be credited via store credit. 

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes. Azura Jewelry will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. An additional $10 for the excess shipping fee will be applied when using a Priority Mail packaging.  Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Azura Jewelry has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Azura Jewelry does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

When returning an item from overseas, please still make sure to follow the above steps.

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of order delivered. Azura Jewelry does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit, including rejected international packages that are not returned successfully. These responsibilities are those of the customer. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Azura Jewelry

Please contact us at info@azurajewelry.com and we will give you the shipping address of the nearest distribution center.

If a customs declaration form is required, please be sure to mark the goods as "Returned Item" accurately. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, the item will be returned to the sender.

If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item.

Please Note: 

Any returns received without a completed order number will result in a delay in your refund being processed, and in some circumstances may be returned to the sender.

Any returns received outside the 14-day window will only be credited via store credit. 

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receiving your return.

All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned, will be credited to the customer via the original payment method used.

DOMESTIC ORDER EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your jewelry for a different color or size, please contact us with your order number at info@azurajewelry.com within 30 days of delivery. We offer one-time free domestic exchange for all gold vermeil items. A prepaid shipping label for the piece will be sent to you. Please return your jewelry in its original condition and in its original package. Tags must be attached to the original items. We don’t accept exchange or return of damaged, used or worn products. You will receive an email notification once your order has been received, inspected and processed at our warehouse, typically within 5-7 business days. At that time, any exchanged items will be processed and the new sizes/colors sent out to you. Exchange items will be sent free of charge with free USPS First-Class shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER EXCHANGE

Exchange must be made within 30 days of order delivered. For international exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping fee when sending the item(s) back to us. We will cover the shipping cost to send the new item(s) back for purchase amount above $150 (excluding the shipping fee). Purchase amount below $150 will incur a $10 shipping cost to send the new item back. Tags must be attached to the original items. We don’t accept exchange or return of damaged, used or worn products. An order number must be included with your return package to avoid any process delay. We recommend you to use a tracking service, as Azura Jewelry is not responsible for any lost packages.

10K/14K Solid Gold Items Domestic Return and Exchange

Please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels for all 10K/14K solid gold pieces. Our customers are responsible for sending the items back. Please ensure to use a secured and tracked shipping service as Azura Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

 

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email us immediately at info@azurajewelry.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Azura Jewelry, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift, we will happily offer an exchange for an item of the same value. Please note that the above terms still apply to all exchange requests.

STOCK ITEMS

Please contact info@azurajewelry.com for your order cancelation. Please note that orders can only be canceled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to redirect it, so request that you follow the above return instructions upon receipt.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Many of Azura Jewelry solid gold products are Make-To-Order (MTO) items that are handcrafted individually according to the customer's specifications on materials and sizes. To ensure delivery of the desired products in the shortest lead time, we start production on the day of order acceptance. Hence, any changes or cancellation of order made after production commenced would cause substantial disruption to the production and as a result incur significant costs.

 

We thus stipulate the policy for changing/cancelling of Make-To-Order (MTO) items to minimize such occurrence. 

 

Changing/cancelling order is difficult because the production commenced on the day of order acceptance, however, we can accept changes or cancellation by 8pm EST on the day of the order placement at free of charge.

 

Cancellation after 8PM EST on the day of the order placement will be subject to a 35% cancellation charge based on the listing price.
