To ensure your cherished pieces remain as stunning as the day you first laid eyes on them, we are delighted to offer a one-year warranty on all regular-priced items purchased from our website.
WARRANTY INCLUSIONS
- Covers all manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your piece encounters issues due to these defects, we will either repair it or, at our discretion, replace it with the same or a comparable model.
- For minor customer damage, such as accidental knocks that cause accent stones to fall out, we will provide one complimentary repair as a goodwill gesture. Subsequent repairs for similar damage will require a fee.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
- Jewelry altered or repaired by another jeweler.
- Complimentary items: Please note that our warranty does not cover complimentary items received as part of sales promotions or redeemed from the loyalty program.
- Damage due to neglect, abuse, or normal wear-and-tear (e.g., bent bands, scratches, oxidation, and worn-off plating. For plating issues, please use our Golden Upgrade Program.)
- Damage to the center stone: It's essential to understand that all gemstones are susceptible to breakage or chipping due to knocks, bumps, misuse, or, in some cases, color alteration due to improper care.
-We do not provide warranties for theft or product loss.
LOST MAIN STONES POLICY
The warranty does not cover the loss of the main stone caused by minor or severe damages to the prongs. Regular inspections and maintenance are crucial to ensure the settings are secure. We recommend visiting your local jeweler for a maintenance checkup every 6 months.
If a main stone is lost, we offer gemstone replacement services at a competitive cost. The replacement will be a comparable stone of similar quality and value.
LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY ON FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit if a manufacturing defect is identified upon inspection within 90 days of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and the item is still in stock or a similar item is available, we will gladly offer a replacement or an exchange. If the product is no longer available, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs, taxes, etc.).
No Cash Refunds:Please note that we do not offer cash refunds on final sale items. Store credit or an exchange will be provided based on the conditions outlined above. For Magic Ring Boxes and Surprise Boxes, only store credit will be offered.
TIMELINE
Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a comprehensive examination to verify if it meets the criteria outlined above. You will be promptly notified of the inspection results, and if necessary, a subsidized restoration or replacement fee may apply if the warranty cannot be honored.
For Vermeil Items:
Restoration or replacement processes may require 1-4 weeks.
For Solid Gold Items:
Repairs for solid gold items may take up to 3-4 weeks.
SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic:
We will cover the domestic shipping costs for all items except solid gold items, for which the customer is responsible for return shipping.
International:
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the issue is due to a manufacturer defect, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement/repaired item back to you. Additionally, as a goodwill gesture, we will provide a gift card to help with the return shipping cost. This gift card can be used towards future purchases on our website within the next 6 months. If the issue is not related to a manufacturer defect, customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs. This includes minor customer damage, which, although covered under warranty, does not include coverage for shipping costs in these circumstances.
RESTORATION SERVICE
If you wish to initiate a repair after your one-year product warranty has expired, please contact us for an initial estimate of the repair fee. Our repair fee is minimal and heavily subsidized by Azura Jewelry. Some repairs may not be available if we no longer carry certain gemstones or designs.
