How can I pay for my jewelry?

We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or PayPal.

Is your site safe and secure?

Great question. Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.

What’s the price in my local currency?

All prices on our website are listed in US dollars. You can use the currency conversion on our website to view the price in your local currency. In case your local currency is not available in the drop-down list selection, you can pay in any currency of your choice, and the price will automatically be converted upon payment according to the current conversion rate your credit card supplier offers. To find out approximately how much a product will cost in your currency, you can use a currency converter website like http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/. Please note that this may not give the final amount payable as this will be based on the real-time conversion rate from your currency to USD. For a more accurate, real-time conversion, you can also contact your credit card or debit card supplier.

Where do I enter my discount code?

During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember Moon Child, only one discount code can be used per order!

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world except U.S sanction countries.

How much does domestic shipping cost?

We offer free domestic USPS First Class shipping delivery within 3-7 business days for orders above $50. For orders below $50, a shipping fee of $7.95 applies. For priority shipping within 3-4 business days, a $14.95 shipping cost will apply.

How much does international shipping cost?

We offer free international shipping on orders over $200. There is a subsidized rate of $14.95 for orders below $200. We also use DHL/UPS express shipping for international orders depending on the location for $35 which may take up to 3-5 business days.

The following exclusions below apply:

DHL/UPS express shipping costs to Australia, Hungary, and Spain are determined in real-time.

Jewelry shipments to the specified countries below are prohibited by USPS. Thus, the only shipping options available are DHL/UPS express, with shipping costs determined in real-time.

Will I have to pay for international tax and duties?

Yes, some countries may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for these taxes and duties, we cannot control these costs.

How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?

USPS First Class delivery may take up to 3-7 business days within the U.S. and 1-3 weeks for international orders depending on the destination countries. Due to customs, some countries may experience delays.

Note: Made-to-order items may take 15-20 business days to craft. Please keep in mind that express, overnight, or priority shipping will not speed up the processing of made-to-order items, pre-orders, or backorder items.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Can I return my jewelry? 

Yes, you can as long as the piece is in unworn condition, with the security tag (if any) still attached and intact, and sent back in its original packaging. However, clearance items, made-to-order, or altered jewelry cannot be returned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please email us at info@azurajewelry.com within 14 days of delivery. Any returns received outside the 14-day window will only be credited via store credit.

Can I exchange the size if it does not fit?

Yes, you can as long as the piece is in unworn condition, with the security tag still attached and intact, and sent back in its original packaging. We offer a one-time free domestic exchange on all gold vermeil items. If you would like to change to a different size or color, please contact us with your order number at info@azurajewelry.com within 30 days of delivery. However, clearance items, made-to-order, or altered jewelry cannot be exchanged. A prepaid shipping label for the gold vermeil piece will be sent to you and the new item will be issued once we receive your return.

Please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels for all 10K/14K solid gold pieces. Our customers are responsible for sending the items back. Please ensure to use a secured and tracked shipping service as Azura Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

For international exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping fee when sending the item(s) back to us. We will cover the shipping cost to send the new item(s) back for orders above $150 (excluding the shipping fee). Orders below $150 will incur a $10 shipping cost to send the new item back.

How do I proceed with a domestic return?

Please email info@azurajewelry.com to initiate your return within 14 calendar days of order delivered.

We will send you a link with a return label on all gold vermeil items. Please print the label within 14 days and attach it to your package. Securely package your item. Drop it at any USPS store. A return shipping cost of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Any returns received outside the 14-day window will only be credited via store credit.

Please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels for all 10K/14K solid gold pieces. Our customers are responsible for sending the items back.

Azura Jewelry does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.

How do I proceed with an international return?

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of order delivered. When returning an item from overseas, please still make sure to follow the above steps.

Azura Jewelry does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Azura Jewelry

Please contact us at info@azurajewelry.com and we will give you the shipping address of the nearest distribution center.

If a customs declaration form is required, please be sure to mark the goods as "Returned Item" accurately. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, the item will be returned to the sender.

If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item.

Please Note: 

Any returns received without a completed order number will result in a delay in your refund being processed, and in some circumstances may be returned to the sender.

Any returns received outside the 14-day window will only be credited via store credit.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receiving your return.

All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned, will be credited to the customer via the original payment method used.

Can I have my order shipped as a gift?

Our pieces are the perfect gift for that special person in your life… great choice! All our jewelry is shipped in a beautiful jewelry box and without an invoice.

How long does it take to receive a refund? 

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business of receiving your return. Please allow another 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Order Cancelation

Can I cancel my order on in-stock items?

In stock items can be cancelled as long as the item has not been dispatched. Please contact us at info@azurajewelry.com for your order cancelation. 


Can I cancel my order on made-to-order items?

Made-to-order items are handcrafted individually according to your specifications on materials and sizes. To ensure delivery of the desired products in the shortest lead time, we start production on the day of order acceptance. We can accept changes or cancellation by 8pm EST on the day of the order placement free of charge.

Cancellation after 8PM EST on the day of the order placement will be subject to a 35% cancellation charge based on the listing price.

Are your gemstones authentic?

Yes! All of the gems we use are natural and genuine (excluding: Alexandrite and Moissanite).

Where are your gemstones from?

All of our gemstones are sourced ethically from reputable gem suppliers around the world. You can find the origins and information of our gemstones from the product description section of each individual item.

Will the ring turn my finger green or rust?


No, it will not turn your finger green. The base metal for our rings is ethically-sourced nickel-free 925 sterling silver (perfect for sensitive skin). We add three layers of 14k gold vermeil, rose gold, or white gold, which gives your jewelry that extra shine and durability to prevent oxidation.

Are our materials ethically sourced?

Do your gemstones come with certification?

We source all of our gemstones from reputable suppliers and stand by the authenticity of our gemstones.  Feel free to send our jewelry for GIA tests where you can get the certification.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Can I customize my jewelry with different stones & and metals?

All of our 10K and 14K solid gold pieces can be customized. If you would like to select a different metal (yellow gold, white gold, rose gold) or replace certain gemstones (depends on the availability), please send us an email at info@azurajewelry.com to inquire.

Do you offer half or quarter sizes?

Our silver and gold vermeil rings are only available in whole sizes. We recommend going half size up if you're in between sizes. However, we can customize all of our rings in 10K/14K solid gold including half or quarter sizes.

How long does it take to ship made-to-order items? 

Made-to-order items may take up to 15 to 20 business days of production.

Can I return or exchange made-to-order items? 

Unfortunately you cannot, however if you are having any issues with your order, please reach out to us at customercare@azurajewelry.com and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
