Upon joining our Starlight Reward Club and accumulating gem points, you can use them to obtain incredible discounts on your next purchase. To redeem your gem points, make sure you're signed in to your account. You can use the reward widget located on the lower left side of our website and follow the steps provided. You will receive a voucher discount upon completion, and apply the coupon code during checkout.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

Can I earn gem points for past purchases made before joining the Starlight Reward Club?
Unfortunately, gem points cannot be earned for purchases made before joining our reward program.
However, any gem points you accumulated from joining our reward program in 2023 will be used to determine your new VIP tier status.

Both the gem points and the discount voucher are non-transferable. We encourage you to use them for your benefit so that you can fully enjoy the perks that are intended for you.
