Should you encounter any issues or concerns with your purchase within this period, please feel free to return the item to us. We will promptly conduct a thorough inspection and address any issues that may arise to prioritize your peace of mind.

WARRANTY INCLUSIONS

- All manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

- Minor customer damage from accidental knocks and bumps that may cause accent stones to fall out.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

- Jewelry altered or repaired by another jeweler.

- Complimentary items/Magic Ring Boxes: Please note that our warranty does not cover complimentary items received as part of sales promotions.

- Damage due to neglect, abuse, or normal wear-and-tear (e.g., bent bands).

- Damage to the center stone: It's essential to understand that all gemstones are susceptible to breakage or chipping due to knocks, bumps, misuse, or, in some cases, color alteration due to improper care.

-We do not provide warranties for theft or product loss.

TIMELINE

Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a comprehensive examination to verify if it meets the criteria outlined above. You will be promptly notified of the inspection results, and if necessary, a subsidized restoration or replacement fee may apply if the warranty cannot be honored.

For Vermeil Items:

Restoration or replacement processes may require 5-7 business days.

For Solid Gold Items:

Repairs for solid gold items may take up to 8-10 weeks.

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic:

We will cover the domestic shipping costs for all items except solid gold items, for which the customer is responsible for return shipping.

International:

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the issue is due to manufacturer defects, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back. Additionally, we will provide a gift card as a goodwill gesture to assist with the return shipping cost. This gift card can be used towards future purchases on our website within the next 6 months. If the issue is not related to manufacturer defects, customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.

RESTORATION SERVICE

If you wish to initiate a repair after your 90-day product warranty has expired, please contact us for an initial estimate of the repair fee. Our repair fee is minimal and heavily subsidized by Azura Jewelry.
