WHAT IS CUBIC ZIRCONIA?

Cubic zirconia is created in a lab yet it dazzles with a brilliant sparkle like a diamond, the name " cubic" refers to the crystal symmetry and " zirconia" is the chemical composition (zirconium oxide). 

 

 

APPEARANCE

Clear and flawless enough to rate a "D" - the highest color grade on the diamond scale for color. Therefore, if you buy cubic zirconia, you don't need to worry about seeing any hints of yellow in it. Although it is colorless, cubic zirconia exhibits very intesne play of light. It also available in virtually all colors. 

 

 

IS CUBIC ZIRCONIA A DIAMOND?

Cubic Zirconia is not a diamond however it is originally invented as an alternative to diamonds. It has many diamond -like qualities. Many people, unless they have a trained eye or a special instrument, cannot tell the difference between diamonds and cubic zirconia. Today cubic zirconia is treasured in its own right. It is fabulous sparkle has made it a contemporary favorite and Azura's most widely used stones.

Cubic zirconia is easy to care for and requires little effort to maintain. Avoid rough handling and store items of jewelry separately to avoid scratches. Wash gently in lukewarm soapy water.
